The inside of the leg is made from Affinity Pro Lycra that offers excellent stretch and rebound for comfort. Vortex BLC textured fabric is used on the side of the legs for improved aerodynamics, and the GIRO4 leg grippers hold the bottom of the bib shorts in place - two features lifted straight from Castelli's pro peloton tested Free Aero Race 4 Bib Shorts. Mesh straps are used to aid breathability and help the Competizione Kit Bib Shorts to achieve their temperature range of 15° - 35°C. A Kiss Air² seat pad provides all-day comfort with an anatomical shape, dual-density thickness for the perfect cushioning in every part of the pad, and seamless construction.
