Can I return an item?

You can return an item, but there are some restrictions.

Any item, except food, face masks, RIDEIT events and software can be returned to us for any reason within 28 days, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase.

In Store Purchases

If you have purchased items in store and wish to return them for a credit note or where possible make an exchange, visit any TRI UK store within 28 days. This does not apply to online purchases. See below for more info.

Online Purchases

You can send back your online items to us for a full refund or exchange, providing all is good and well with your returned items. Here's the return address:

To return an item(s) firstly print the returns form, complete it and return it with your invoice and goods.

For any returns, the original packaging and swing tickets, where applicable, need to still be in place.
