90 Day Returns on unused products

Any item bought online, except food, swimsuits, sports bra's, face masks and software can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase.

Goods returned as unused/unworn that have clearly been worn or washed will be refused.

In the event you need to post an item back to us please complete and enclose the following Returns Form so we have all the necessary details and information from you. Please ensure that you package the goods appropriately and that you use a suitably insured and trackable shipping/postage method. Please note that the goods will remain your responsibility until it is received by us and signed by us.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid proof of purchase.


All goods purchased from TRI UK are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. All warranties follow statutory legal legislation.

Such warranties do not cover against failure or damage due to misuse such as, but not limited to, poor maintenance, neglect, abuse, incorrect or inappropriate installation or alteration, use other than the product’s intended purpose, impact damage.

General wear and tear on consumable items such as tyres, inner tubes, tyre sealant, brake fluid, brake and gear cables, brake pads, light bulbs, bearings, chain rings, chains, cassettes, rims, batteries etc will not be covered under warranty.

Corrosion and/or deterioration caused by material fatigue, defined as the natural breakdown of materials which occurs when subjected to repeated loading and unloading, will not be covered under warranty. Framesets are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. However, please note that this warranty may be void if the bicycle is not assembled by an authorised dealer or a qualified bicycle mechanic. In the event of a warranty claim, the manufacturer may request details of the shop or qualified bicycle mechanic responsible for completing the bike build and servicing

Clothing items, including helmets and footwear, are not covered under warranty for accidental damage, improper care, normal wear and tear, fading of colours and materials over time or with use, rips, tears, abrasion, holes, burns or shrinkage. Cosmetic issues do not affect the performance of a clothing item and are not to be considered a warranty fault.

Wetsuits and other neoprene goods can be easily damaged without careful handling and are fully inspected prior to despatch. Please take extra care and follow the instructions enclosed with the product to prevent damage from happening. We cannot accept items for warranty inspection which have been damaged in the process of trying on. Nail marks, rips, tears, cuts and abrasions are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Exposure to elements such as extreme heat and direct sunshine, prolonged bacteria and chlorine, and other harsh or abrasive substances can accelerate product degradation and may also void the warranty.


All warranties are non-transferable and only apply to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims.

If you feel that your purchase has developed a fault, first check whether it is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and still within the warranty period.

Please provide full details of the fault, together with good quality photos, and please contact TRI UK via email: Please provide as much detail as possible to help us to deal with your issue. Details to include are your proof of purchase, details of the model/colour of the product, your full name, address (inc. postcode) for when you purchased the product and your full contact details. The more detail you can provide, the quicker we will be able to deal with your enquiry.

If postage costs are applicable then reasonable postage costs will be reimbursed. In the event that the item is found not to be faulty, you will be responsible for the postage/courier charges to return the item to you. Please note that all warranty claims are decided by the manufacturer and no by TRI UK staff. TRI UK aims to deal with all warranty claims as fast as possible. Please note that some manufacturers are not UK-based and so should goods need to be returned to such manufacturers for inspection or testing or repair this can take time. But TRI UK endeavours to still process such warranty issues as fast as shipping turn around times allow.

If a warranty issue occurs 30 days after purchase date, TRI UK is legally entitled to make reasonable efforts to repair a faulty item before issuing a refund or replacement. Timescale for such situations will vary depending on the nature of the product or situation or location of the manufacturer or availability of any required parts or goods or items. If a repair or replacement is not possible TRI UK reserve the right to offer an alternative product of equal or greater value (colour may vary) or a partial refund proportional to the remaining life of the product.
