Delivery Information

United Kingdom Delivery

All orders are sent insured delivery; this means a signature is required at the delivery address to make sure that your parcel is delivered quickly and safely with adequate insurance. This gives every opportunity that a parcel is delivered on time and we have appropriate insurance to cover your item in the unfortunate event that it does go missing.

Standard UK Mainland Delivery (Some geographical restrictions may apply for UK delivery):

We aim to turnaround orders as quickly as possible but please be aware some items can take longer to dispatch. For items such as bikes please allow 3 – 14 working days for delivery. Bikes can take longer to process as every biked is picked individually and then goes through the TRI UK workshop to be fully built, set up, personally inspected and ready to ride. When your bike leaves the store you will receive an email with your full tracking info telling you that your bike is on its way.

  • Online real-time tracking.
  • Email and Mobile notification.
  • Delivery to local post office if you’re not in (Excludes DX Freight where a card will be left for re-delivery).

The TRI UK website calculates customer postage charges based on general information provided. However if the customer geographical location causes an anomaly for the courier companies that are used, TRI UK reserve the right to contact the customer direct to amend the postage charges that will need to be applied.

International Delivery

Items sent to Europe and Worldwide can up to 14 days to arrive from dispatch, however this is dependent on the destination.

Goods are shipped from the UK; Local Taxes and/or import duties are not included.

Please email with your delivery address for an accurate delivery cost.

All Bikes are inspected before they leave the store.

Signing For Delivery

When the package is delivered please check the packing over carefully for any damage and if there is any visible damage to the page please sign for item with the delivery driver as DAMAGED.

If it is damaged, you will then need to call us immediately with the details of the damage. If there is no damage, then please sign for the package as UNCHECKED.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you sign for the parcel appropriately. If your parcel arrives damaged and it is not signed for as damaged, we will be unable to pursue a claim if required.
