The Thule VeloCompact 927 3-bike has the next generation of Thule's tow ball coupling, increasing the rack's load capacity and allowing it to be expanded to take up to 4 bikes (Requires adaptor TH9261), one of the few racks to safely do so. The new clamp 'hangs' the carrier on the hitch before tightening allowing easy adjustment of the carrier before closing the clamp to fix it in position. Thule one key system lock cylinders Lock your bikes to the bike carrier and your carrier to the tow hitch.
