Payments

Payment on our website is taken through our secure payment pages using Barclays EPDQ system. Payment can also be taken via PayPal where you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure pages to process your payment.

Prices are quoted in (£) sterling and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

If your delivery address is outside the UK you may be liable for relevant import duties and/or taxes when your order reaches your country.

Security

TRI UK take your online security very seriously and have implemented secure servers where your information is sent encrypted via industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This makes it almost impossible for any third party to read any information you send us.

Availability and estimated delivery times

We do our best to ensure that all of the products on TRIUK.com are available from stock. We also endeavor to make sure that all products are dispatched within the quoted time; however we cannot guarantee this. If for any reason there is a delay with your order will contact you as soon as we can.

Your Rights as a Consumer

In accordance with UK law, consumers have a 7 working day cooling off period in which you have the right to cancel your purchase (non custom orders only) and receive a full refund; this does not include return postage. Consumers do not need to give a reason for cancelling their purchase. We are obliged to refund payments to consumers in full within 30 days of the order being cancelled

How to cancel within the 7 day cooling off period

• TRI UK must receive a cancellation notice in writing if you choose to cancel your purchase within the cooling off period. Consumers do not need to give a reason for cancelling their purchase however a cancellation notice must be provided in writing within 7 days of receiving your order to:

• Please note the following are excluded from the cooling off period: custom orders, magazines, perishable goods, video & audio recordings.
• It is down to you as a customer to make sure that a product is returned in its original condition

Cancellation of a Hire Reservation & Hired but not used

• Cancellation of a Hire Reservation – We can accept a reservation cancellation prior to the dispatch of the hire goods, in which case any prepayment will be refunded in full.
• Hired but not used – Once hire goods have been dispatched for a period of more than 8 days even if they are not used, the hire charge cannot be refunded. Exceptions - if within 7 days of receiving the hired items the customer gives written notice to TRI UK direct by email or in a letter, that they wish to cancel and return the hire items for a refund then all returned products must be returned unused in the original packaging with packaging still sealed and in a saleable reusable condition, once received back and inspected a full refund will be given as long as the products returned to us are in a fully resalable unused condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, should the item be deemed to have been used. All refunds are limited to the hire fee only.

Important Return information

• It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of return to us and make sure that it is well packaged.
• All products along with their packaging must be returned in the original saleable condition you receive them in.
• We recommend that you use recorded or special delivery as we cannot be liable for any loss or damage in transit.
• If returned goods are found non faulty, there will be a return fee of the carriage amount.
• Carriage will also be charged on items that are returned as they are the incorrect size and this is down to the error of the customer.
• All orders will need to be signed for. The original delivery charge will be charged again to re-deliver a your order in situations where the item was not delivered due to the fault of the customer, such as address provided by customer is incorrect or the customer was not able to sign for the item or collect it from the sorting office.
